This workshop is a creative learning space where we’ll explore the communal and cultural connections of adornment, then move into hands-on creation. Participants will have a choice at different types of findings to craft adornments to keep or gift to others. All tools, acrylic pieces, findings, and packaging are included with registration.
This workshop will be fundraising to send four community organizers to the Philippines to facilitate connections between our communities in northern California & the communities they support in the Philippines this summer. They will be learning first-hand about the environmental, economic, cultural & political situation of the people of the Philippines.
They will bring these experiences through stories & presentations back to our circles, meaning you!
